Step 1: Receive customer information and requests
After receiving the transportation request from the customer, the shipping unit will advise on the types of transportation appropriate to the needs of the quantity of goods and characteristics of the goods. There are two cases in which goods are sent to the carrier's warehouse: the shipper orders a third party (usually domestic forwarding companies) to send the goods to the carrier's warehouse; or the carrier sends a vehicle to pull the goods from the sender's warehouse (usually for large quantities of goods).
Step 2: Detailed quote
Once you have received complete information about the goods, the shipping unit will quote a detailed price to the customer. Goods sent from suppliers will be stamped so that when they arrive at the warehouse, they will be easy to manage according to the system.
Step 3: Coordinate vehicle and complete import procedures
After the goods are signed for delivery to the warehouse, eThe unit coordinates and plans loading of vehicles and informs customers of expected delivery times. Then the carts are moved to the border gate to complete customs clearance procedures.
Step 4: Transport goods to warehouse and hand over to recipient
After the goods are cleared through customs, the vehicles will move to the carrier's domestic warehouse. Here, the goods will be unloaded and handed over to the customer.
Step 5: Collect shipping fees
After the goods have been delivered to the recipient's address, the unit will collect fees according to the original contract agreement and hand over the necessary documents of the shipment. If the customer has no complaints about the order, the shipping process by road is completed.
